Jigawa State goverment has announced Sunday, 16th of this month as the resumption date for students of Government Girls Science Secondary School Taura.

Jigawa State Commissioner of Education, Dr Lawan Yunusa Danzomo, has announced Sunday, 16th of this month as the resumption date for students of Government Girls Science Secondary School Taura.

A statement issued by the Public Relation officer of the ministry, Wasilu Umar Ringim said all schools in the state resumed normal lessons on 3rd of this month, with the exception of Government Girls Science Secondary School Taura to allow renovation of the school due to flooding that damaged some parts of the school.

In another news, Jigawa state office of the National Social Investment Program, has called on prospective N-power batch C2 beneficiaries to visit their self-service portal to download their deployment letter

A statement signed by the communication officer of the program, Nura Sani Bello said the focal person of the program Mallam Mustapha Umar will go around the 27 local government areas to sign and stamped the deployment letters of the prospective N-power beneficiaries

The statement added that dates will be announce for the commencement of the exercise in the state.
